Evolve and Elevate: When a person messes up, Reaching Divya Dham (Divine residence of God) is the prime objective of Life and when you are not confident.
Idea of the Week
Lesson of the Week
Bhagavad Gita says:
In this Bhautik Jagat (Physical world), every material is temporary. It gets created, remains here for some time, produces some Gaun material (minor, less important), becomes ksheen (weak) and then in the end it wipes away.
This is the cycle/process of this Bhautik Jagat (Physical world), even if we consider our own physical body, or any fruit or any other material.
But beyond this temporary world, there is another world.
In that other world, there exists a different type of Prakriti (Nature) which is Sanatan (permanent).
Jeev (creature) is also said to be Sanatan (permanent) and so is God.
We have a special bond with Paramatma (God) and because we have a common Guna (quality) of being Santan: Sanatan Dham (God’s permanent home), Sanatan Bhagwan (Eternal God) and Sanatan Jeev (Eternal creature), the objective of Bhagavad Gita is to activate our Sanatan Dharam which is Jeev’s (creature’s) Shashvat Vritti (Eternal instinct).
In simple words, it means that as we are eternal/lasting forever like God and His home, our objective after reading Bhagavad Gita should be to activate our eternal Dharam i.e our righteousness, a moral code of living.
We are constantly involved in Karmas that are temporary but if we abandon these temporary Karmas and accept the ones directed by Parmeshwar (God), then all our Karmas will be purified.
This is what a Pure Life is, to do all the activities as directed by God.
Parmeshwar (God) and His Divya Dham (divine residence), both are Sanatan (permanent) and Jeev (creature) is also Sanatan.
In Sanatan Dham (God’s permanent residence), Parmeshwar (God) and Jeev’s (creature’s) sanyukt sangiti (joint companionship) are only the significance of Human Life.
Parmeshwar (God) is extremely merciful to all the Jeeves (creatures) because they are His Atmaj (Born of the soul, descendant).
In Bhagavad Gita, Bhagwan Krishna has declared that I Am the father of all.
To take all the Jeeves (creatures) who are Badh (one who is tainted by this material world), back to the Sanatan Dham (God’s permanent residence), God keeps reincarnating.
With the help of this, a Sanatan Jeev (eternal creature) can exist in the everlasting companionship of God and can regain his Sanatan stithy (Eternal state).
Sanatan Dharam (Sanatan Religion) is not symbolic of some Religions.
It is symbolic of Nitya Karma (Eternal Karma) of Nitya Jeev (Eternal creature) in association with Nitya Bhagwan (Eternal God).
Inspiration of the Week:
People treat you badly when they see that you don’t have confidence
More than showing how less confident you are, it shows how shallow their perception is.
If someone treats you badly just because you don’t fit into their definition of confidence, somehow reflects they’re under confident.
Let me explain..
I have seen people who hold an average position in an organization, downplaying peons, janitors, plumbers or anyone from the housekeeping staff.
And at the same time, I have witnessed a different treatment as well. The one that makes them feel valued, respected and heard.
The head of the organization or anyone from the authoritative positions treats same people with utmost humbleness and politeness.
They were the same people getting different treatment from two sections of the hierarchy.
So, what was different?
This entire experience reflected that nothing was missing in these people who were treated badly but the ones who treated them small did miss something huge in their character.
The higher authority was polite because they were confident, they did not need validation to show their position or a need to walk with someone who was only of their class.
They were confident in their skin.
Whereas the ones who had average positions were somehow lacking that confidence. They needed validation.
Treating someone small, made them feel big. It somehow made them feel authoritative.
This is exactly what happens when someone treats you bad for not being Pretty, not confident, not intelligent.
Such people look for associations that can give an edge to their personality and make it better.
But they get agitated when they associate with someone who is average, and underconfident.
The problem is not with you.
The problem is with them.
You aren’t less, instead they are lacking something big, and the sad part is they are blindfolded to it.
You can build your confidence, but they will fail to overcome their insecurities.
