Evolve and Elevate: Do not swim, float, Bhautik Akash and Adhyatmika Akash, one chapter that made my story beautiful.
Idea of the Week
Do not Swim, Float
Lesson of the Week
Bhagavad Gita says:
We have the Bhautik (Worldly) imagination of Aakash (Sky), and we relate this sky with Sun, Moon and stars.
But in Bhagavad Gita, Bhagwan (God) says that in Shashvat Aakash (the sky that is forever), there is no need for the Sun, Moon, fire or light because it is illuminated by the brahma Jyoti (divine light) coming out of Bhagwan (God) Himself.
We are struggling to reach different Lokas (planets), but it is not difficult to understand Parmeshwar ka Dhaam (God’s residence).
This Dham (residence) is called Gau Lok (The planet of cows).
Bhagwan (God) always lives in His Dham (residence) Gau Lok (planet of cows) but still in this world, we can reach up to Him and for this, He shapes Himself into His Sachidananda Vigraha Roop (Sat: Eternal, chit: fully cognizant, Ananda: joy, Vigrah: idol, Roop: picture) which is God’s real picture.
To erase our unreal imaginations, He keeps taking Avtar (incarnation) and presents His divine image.
Unfortunately, most people laugh at Him because He comes in an appearance like us and plays with us in Manushya Roop (Human form). But because He comes in an appearance as normal as ours, we should not think that He is like us.
With the light of Adhyatmika Akash (spiritual sky), countless Lokas (planets) are being illuminated.
God says the one who reaches this Adhyatmika Aakash no longer feels the need to stay in Bhautik Aakash.
If in Bhautik Aakash (the sky of the physical world), even if one reaches the Brahma Lok (The planet of Gods) or Chandra Lok (Moon), he/she will have to go through the same situations: Janam (birth), Mrityu (death), vyadhi (disease) and Jara (old age).
There is no Loka (planet) of Bhautik Brahmand (Worldly Universe) free from these 4 situations.
Inspiration of the Week:
One chapter that made my story beautiful.
The biggest gesture in love is the one that is shown without request or expectation.
But when you love someone, the desire to be loved comes along with it.
For every “inch of Love” you start hoping for a “centimeter of Love” in return.
This yearning to have more love in return is what starts depleting love.
But when someone gives out love without expecting the other to give back more of it, love finds more ways to come back.
And I got a chance to receive such boundless love.
I didn’t hate animals, but I also wouldn’t call myself an animal lover.
Someone who was never comfortable with an animal body.
Clueless about what I was missing at large, I kept repelling from their association.
But Life is the biggest guide.
When life decides to give you an experience, it can change your entire trajectory to just give you one big shot experience.
I happened to spend time in my hometown “the mountains” where my brother and sister-in-law petted 3 cats.
I would pat them gently but still could not allow them in my space.
Suddenly, my brother and sister-in-law had to move to the city and I was left to take charge of the cats.
This was the time when a complete transition happened.
Just feeding them food got them closer to me.
I was still not loving them, but just taking care and looking after them.
I was honest with my responsibility around them.
But they did not perceive it as my responsibility.
They felt an emotion, a sense of belongingness.
They took a step towards me.
They started to twirl around me.
And slowly the bond started knitting.
I didn’t even realise when they swept their way to my heart.
And now they started filling the void I was living with. The emptiness in my life.
They pulled me out of my Den and introduced me to the most beautiful picture of Love.
The cutest thing that they started doing was accompanying me to my rooftop where I would sit down in solitude to write.
And they would suddenly pop out of nowhere and choose to sit next to me.
To give me a message “You aren’t alone”.
I would sit for hours to write and they would sit for hours to give me company.
And the moment I would leave, they would run along.
I wasn’t an animal lover because I did not know how divine an animal’s love was.
I would say, if someone is in depression or going through a rough patch in life, before going to a doctor, give yourself a chance to feel the love of an animal. It is going to be the best healer.
